Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialProX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SocialProX is a social media management platform that provides two core capabilities:

  • Content Automation: Connect social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and automate the scraping and uploading of content between platforms.
  • Facebook Page Management: Automate Facebook page monetization operations, including payout setup, tool linking, and financial entity management.

You remain solely responsible for all activity performed through the Service on your connected accounts.

2A. Content Upload Disclaimer

SocialProX is a tool only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for, any content uploaded, re-uploaded, scheduled, or distributed through the Service — whether such content is legal or illegal.

You, the user, are solely and entirely responsible for:

  • All content you upload or automate through the Service.
  • Verifying that you own or are licensed to redistribute any content before uploading it.
  • Complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of every third-party platform (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).
  • Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Ensuring uploaded content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, defamation laws, or any other rights of any third party.

SocialProX, its owners, operators, and affiliates bear zero liability for any legal or illegal consequences arising from content uploaded through the Service. Any claims, penalties, bans, takedowns, lawsuits, or other consequences — whether civil or criminal — resulting from uploaded content are the sole responsibility of the user who performed or configured the upload. By using the Service, you expressly agree to this allocation of responsibility and waive any claim against SocialProX arising from your content or uploads.

3. Account Credentials & Data

To use the Service you must provide your Facebook session credentials (cookies and auth tokens). By providing these credentials you confirm:

  • You own or are authorized to manage the Facebook accounts in question.
  • You authorize SocialProX to perform the operations you request on your behalf.
  • You understand that sharing credentials carries risk and you accept full responsibility for any consequences to your Facebook accounts.

All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not sell, share, or transmit your credentials to third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
  • Upload or distribute illegal content of any kind, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening.
  • Violate the terms of service or community guidelines of any connected social media platform.
  • Perform unauthorized actions on accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
  • Engage in spam, mass unauthorized distribution, or any other abusive upload practice.
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or any unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service itself.
  • Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Credits & Payments

The Service uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per operation:

  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a successful operation.
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase at our discretion.
  • Prices are subject to change with 7 days' notice.
  • Operations on the same Facebook page within the 5-day deduplication window are free (excluding payout ID creation).

We are not responsible for Facebook actions (rate limits, account restrictions, monetization eligibility changes) that result in operations failing after credits are consumed for partial results.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that operations will succeed, that Facebook will approve monetization, or that accounts will remain in good standing. Facebook's policies and systems change independently of SocialProX.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialProX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to Facebook account restrictions, suspension, or loss of monetization.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of credits you purchased in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7B. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SocialProX and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Any content you upload, distribute, or automate through the Service.
  • Your violation of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any claim brought by a third-party platform or rights holder relating to your uploads.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.
